Recently, the building materials industry standard "Technical Specification for Grouting Reinforcement of Fiberglass Sleeves" (Standard No.: JC/T60060-2026), which was jointly drafted with our company's participation, was officially approved and issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China in its Announcement No. 23 of 2026. The standard will come into effect on April 1, 2027.
As the first domestic industry standard for fiberglass sleeve grouting reinforcement technology, this specification focuses on the reinforcement scenarios of concrete pier columns in underwater areas, water level fluctuation zones, and splash zones of bridges, systematically addressing industry pain points such as the high construction difficulty of repairing underwater pier column defects, insufficient durability of the reinforcement system, and the lack of unified technical guidance. Based on extensive engineering practice, the drafting group overcame multiple key technical difficulties through systematic theoretical research, multi-dimensional experimental verification, and project application reviews, filling the gap in industry standards in this field and providing authoritative and complete technical basis for the design, construction, and quality acceptance of fiberglass sleeve grouting reinforcement projects for underwater bridge pier columns.
